Service Control

As an explanation, managed services (Service Control) is a proactive approach to ICT support where a third-party provider (our team)  is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and management of an organization's ICT systems. This can include a wide range of services such as monitoring and maintaining servers, managing backups, monitoring network security, and providing support for desktop computers and other devices.

One of the main benefits of Service Control is that it allows organizations to focus on their core business operations, rather than worrying about the day-to-day management of their ICT systems. This is because the Service Control provider takes on the responsibility of proactively monitoring and maintaining the ICT systems, which frees up the IT team to focus on other important tasks.

Service Control also provide a high level of predictability when it comes to ICT costs. Since the services are typically provided on a flat-fee basis, organizations can budget for their ICT costs more effectively. This allows them to plan and allocate resources more efficiently.
